LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
The Tiger Dam™ flood protection kit is sold “as is” with no implied warranties. We guarantee the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises, Tiger Dam™ will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price ($379).
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or modifications
- External causes, such as extreme weather beyond the product’s capacity.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This limitation may not apply to you, as some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages.
INDEMNITY
By purchasing this product, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiger Dam™, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse, improper installation, negligent use, or failure to follow provided instructions for the Tiger Dam™ Flood Protection Kit. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party claims (e.g., property damage to neighboring properties caused by improper use of the product).
CLAIMS PROCESS
To make a claim, you must contact kirsten@usfloodcontrol.com within 30 days of discovering a defect. Please include a proof of purchase with your email.
We will provide you with return instructions after we receive your claim. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and any damage that may occur during the return process.

Watch for signs of water pooling, erosion, or damage to neighboring properties. Make adjustments as needed to ensure water is safely redirected.
